August 4, 2019 Father JohnPaul Obiaeri, who was newly ordained in our diocese on June 5, celebrated the 11:15 am Mass at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs and led us in the conclusion of the annual St. John Vianney Novena. He was joined by Fr. Passenant and Deacon Greg Kandra at Mass. Afterward, parishioners of all ages lined up to receive a first blessing from Fr. JohnPaul in the Mary Garden. He was also welcomed by friends who, during past novenas, had made him their prayer intention while he was in the seminary.
