Thank you to all those families who gathered for our parish’s first-ever Easter food basket blessing on Holy Saturday morning (March 30, 2024). Fr. Antonin blessed move than 50 baskets, and Fr. Passenant was overjoyed by the turnout. The blessing of baskets containing the foods for the first meal of Easter is a long-standing tradition in the Polish community. The blessing reminds us of that heavenly banquet to which the Lord calls us as we prepare to celebrate Easter. May Christ nourish us and strengthen us in faith and love now and for ever.
