We are helping Catholic Charities collect gifts for children and teens who could use a little extra love this Christmas. It’s as easy as 1-2-3 . . . .
1. Take a gift tag from the tree in church that will identify a child or teen by age.
2. Pop on your elf hat and purchase a shiny new age-appropriate gift for that child or teen.
3. Return your UNWRAPPED gift, with the tag attached, and place it under the tree in church or bring it to the rectory during business hours. Gifts must be returned no later than Sunday, December 14, 2025.
Additional Tips and Instructions
For teens ages 13-18, consider brand-new gift cards to let them purchase what they need or want.
When returning gifts, attach the original tag. No tag? No problem. If you weren’t able to take a tag or all the tags are gone, you can still participate. Just purchase a thoughtful new gift for a child or teen, attach a label marked “Giving Tree Gift,” and leave it UNWRAPPED under the tree in church by the deadline.
If the church is closed, you may drop off gifts at the rectory during business hours. Please do not leave gifts in the church vestibule.
Gift cards can be put in an envelope marked “Giving Tree Gift” and left in the rectory mailbox.
Blessings for a Happy Advent and Christmas to Everyone!
