Bishop Thomas V. Daily: Remembering a Gentle, Joyful Shepherd

We join Catholics throughout Brooklyn and Queens in mourning the death of Bishop Thomas Vose Daily. The Bishop Emeritus of Brooklyn died early May 15 at the Bishop Mugavero Residence at the Immaculate Conception Center, Douglaston, New York. He was the head of our diocese from 1990 until his retirement in 2003. Bishop Daily was 89.
