A Word from Our Priests

(UPDATE May 24, 2020)

Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio announced that the Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens will slowly work toward opening the doors of Catholic Churches for private prayer and devotion as well as for funerals and limited celebrations of baptisms and weddings. For the celebration of funerals, baptisms, or weddings, please call the rectory at 718-268-6251 and be aware that we are still required to limit the number of people in attendance at those services to 10 persons. Thank you for your continued patience as we pray for a return to a new normal.

Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church vestibule is open each day for private prayer and devotion. You may enter the vestibule through the doors on Ascan Avenue. Please wear a mask, remain six feet apart, and bring your own hand sanitizer with you. You may also wear gloves. If you are not feeling well, please continue to pray in the privacy of your home.  May God continue to watch over you! — Bishop Sanchez

There is a box in the vestibule to place your prayer intentions, which we will remember in silence each day at Mass. There is also a place to deposit your envelopes and cash donations. And our DipJar is set up for credit card donations. Thank you for your generosity.
