42nd Annual March for Life: January 22
The Diocesan Office of Government Affairs is sponsoring FREE roundtrip bus transportation to the March for Life in Washington, DC. The march in DC starts at noon on the National Mall. Buses depart on Thursday morning, January 22, from Queens, with two pickup locations:
6:30 a.m. Immaculate Conception Pastoral Center, Douglaston
7:30 a.m. Resurrection-Ascension Church, Rego Park
Parking is available at both locations.
Reserve a seat by January 20 by calling DeSales Media Group at 718-499-9705.
Alternatively, parishes in Astoria and Fresh Meadows are arranging bus trips and may have a few seats still available. Please contact them directly for details:
- St. Joseph’s and Immaculate Conception churches, both in Astoria, departing at 6 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., respectively. Call Ann Gilmartin, 718-651-9017.
