LENTEN EVENING PRAYER PROGRAM

V. O God, come to my assistance.
R. O Lord, make haste to help me.
V. Glory to the Father….
R. As it was in the beginning is now and ever will be world without end. Amen.

The Love of God Is Shown to All

The love of God is shown to all
In Christ our Savior’s wounded heart;
He asks us now to share his cross
And in his passion to take part.

We are the Father’s gift to Christ
Who loves his own until the end;
His burden light we bear with joy,
And gladly to his yoke we bend.

Praise Father, Son and Spirit blest,
Eternal Trinity sublime,
Who make their home in humble hearts,
In dwelling to the end of time.
