1PM Mass of Thanksgiving
Followed by reception in McLaughlin Hall
Here in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Bishop Sanchez will offer a Mass of Thanksgiving to God for the gift of 50 years of service as a Roman Catholic priest. (He was ordained December 17, 1971, at Saint Peter’s Basilica in Rome.) Bishop will be honored if you join him in prayer at this Mass since all of you who worship here at OLQM have played an important role in his ministry as a priest. For those unable to attend in person, you can watch the OLQM livestream of the 1PM Mass.
Please join our parish family in asking that God bless Bishop Sanchez and guide him for his faithful service to the Catholic Church and our parish as our pastor!
After Mass, there will be a brief parish reception in McLaughlin Hall, so you too can offer him your congratulations. Everyone is invited!
