Donor Requirements:
- Must be age 16 or older and weigh a minimum of 110 pounds.
- Parental consent required for 16-year-olds.
- Those age 76 or older may donate if they have a doctor’s note on file with New York Blood Center or bring one on the day of the blood drive.
- The day before, eat well, get a good night’s sleep and have plenty of water .
