Deadline: 8/13/16. Pierrepont House for the Elderly in Brooklyn Heights is having a waiting list lottery. Applicants or their spouse must be 62 or older with limited income and meet HUD Section 8 income guidelines. Non-elderly persons with disabilities may also qualify.
