December 8 is the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary. It is a holy day of obligation. It is also the patronal feast day of the United States of America. Vigil Mass at our church is on Monday, December 7 at 7 p.m.; Holy Day Masses are Tuesday, December 8, at 8 a.m. and 12:05 p.m.
The Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe (not a holy day of obligation) is Saturday, December 12, and at the 12:05 Mass the congregation is invited to arranged roses in vases at the base of the picture of Our Lady.
